Father, Skydiver, Author.

Who is Jeromy Alexander?

I am a thirty-three year old father of two living in Jackson, Michigan. I like to camp, fish, and play hacky sack. I could be a bit geeky, obsessive compulsive or even eccentric, but I’m fine with that. I have three true passions in life: My family, skydiving and writing.

My family sounds a little complex, but it really is simple. I have one full blood sister, one half sister by adoption, one half blood sister, two step brothers, three ex step brothers, two step sisters, and two ex step sisters. My boys are eight and thirteen and they are half-brothers to each other. Simple, right? I’ve been working on a family tree project for a number of years and it is nearing a point that I’ll be ready to publish it here.

After high school, I choose to open my own business, Alexander Enterprises, LLC.  The name has always stayed the same, but the purpose of the business has grown as I have found new directions in my life.  From basic computer repair, home and business networking, website design, Linux server administration, custom PHP/Mysql development, Opensource coding and most recently, any type of research and writing. Over time, I continually aim to find and improve the skills I am effective at delivering for my clients.

On my 29th birthday, I made my first skydive. It was planned as an one time event to celebrate my birthday, but I was instantly hooked.  Freefall, in a way that I had not found before, completes me.  It gives me the opportunity to rise above the force that has always held me down, and then give into it completely.  Now, in my sixth season, I have over five hundred skydives, a USPA D License and AFF Instructor Rating. You can read more about that on SkydiveBlog.com.
