In order to better prioritize my support requests, I utilize a help ticket system. Every request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. Only valid email address is required. By sumbitting a ticket, you are authorizing and directing me to complete work at your request, which will be billed to you at my standard hourly rate.
